Thanks for allowing us to visit your dealership with our product display trailer. We are in the process of filling the orders which
are coming in . If you place an order now, your order will be placed in production as soon as possible . All porches can be made at 3 different height levels.

Please remember when ordering to include the number of steps:
 
 1.  The 5 step plus the landing is 45 1/2 inches
 2.  The 4 step plus the landing is 38 3/4 inches high
 3.  The 3 step plus the landing is 31 inches high.
 
* All porch prices are configured with the 3 step plus landing at 31 inches deck height

You can order your porch frame paint in any Sherwin Williams color you choose.
Just include the color name and Sherwin Williams Paint Code Number or RAL Tiger Color Code .

All porches can be ordered with 3 Vinyl decking colors;

1. White
2. Tan
3. Grey

* Shipping costs may vary depending on distance. Usually we add 10% per porch for shipping. Closer deliveries may be less
and further distances may be more. They come fully assembled so there is no assembly required.
Each order of 4 or more receives our Porch Moving Kit which includes 4 ten inch pneumatic casters plus our unique
“Wheel Dolly” to transport the wheels from porch to porch. You may order it separately for 295.
